Attendee registration terms and conditions * – Important note regarding at-the-door sales and pick-up for Single Day tickets (badges) – Single Day tickets (badges) will ONLY be sold and available for pick-up (for those purchased in advance) on the day they are valid for (Friday badge on Friday; Saturday badge on Saturday; etc.).  Thank you. Animé Los Angeles 17 Tickets (Badges): You must have a ticket (badge) if you are 6 years of age or older. 

“Ticket; Badge; Membership?”

ONE IN THE SAME Different terms meaning essentially the same thing. When you register online in advance (pay for your badge), you will receive a confirmation email from our payment processing vendor (Cvent). We DO NOT mail out tickets or badges in advance. To pick up your badge at the convention, you will only need your photo ID. 

“What do I do if I find out I can’t attend after all?” Animé Los Angeles 17 is currently scheduled for January 6-9, 2022, at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California. In the event this date and or location is changed Animé Los Angeles will make every effort to notify all participants (attendees; exhibitors; volunteers; etc.) as soon as possible. All registration fees including all fees for exhibitor space (dealers and artists) will automatically be transferred to the new dates and or location. We are unable to offer refunds. Completing this registration constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.

TRANSFERS Animé Los Angeles offers an option to help the those who pay for a ticket and then learns (before the convention) that they will be unable to attend. Cannot get the time off, you must do something with your family, your unit gets sent overseas… whatever the reason. You can transfer the ticket to someone else. You can do it via e-mail from the e-mail address that purchased the ticket. Send Registration (‘transfers@animelosangeles.org’) your ticket number, name, address, and the recipient’s name, address, and e-mail address. The last day to request a transfer in advance is Tuesday, December 28 th , 2021. After that, any transfer MUST be done in person at the door: Or on-site, hand a letter to the person who is going to use your ticket and have them bring it to the Registration Help Desk. 

“Do you offer a different rate for children?”

PARENT IN TOW One parent or guardian (over 18 yrs.) may accompany a paid child (6 yrs. – 14 yrs.). Parent in tow tickets is $20.00 and will only be available at the door. Children under 6 years old do not need a badge/ticket.

“I don’t want to have my real name on my badge. What shall I do?”

NAMES ON BADGES When you sign up, we ask for your real name. This is to facilitate your picking up your badge at the convention, and to make it easier on the postal carrier delivering any postcards we may send you. If you prefer not to have your real name on your badge, please list your preferred alternative in the “Badge Name” field when completing your registration. If the ‘Badge Name’ field is left blank, we will put your name on your badge.
