Steve Kramer has worked as an actor/writer/director for the past 42 years, and has been involved in hundreds of projects, both in front of and behind the camera. He has appeared on-screen in dozens of film and television shows, including such series as “The West Wing,” “E.R.,” “The Practice,” “Desperate Housewives,”, “Malcolm in the Middle,” “Roseanne’, and “Golden Girls”. On film, he appeared in the Albert Brooks project “Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World,”, “End of Days,” (starring Arnold Schwarzenegger), “Blind Injustice,” “Trapped,” and “Pros & Cons,” among others.
Among Steve’s writing credits are a feature film entitled “Objects of Desire” and the live-action series “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”.
Steve has been involved in foreign dubbing since 1982, starting out as a voice-over performer, and eventually working his way into writing and directing. In that capacity, he has worked steadily on hundreds of projects, both live-action and animation.
Among his most prominent credits are the feature films “Life Is Beautiful” (Academy Award-winner, 2000), “Kolya” (Academy Award-winner, 1996), “Il Postino” (Academy Award nominee), “Au Revoir Les Enfants” (Academy Award nominee), “Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown” (Academy Award nominee), “La Femme Nikita” (live-action feature), “World of Warcraft” (Game), “Robotech” (Animated series), “Transformers: Robots in Disguise” (Animated Series), “Digimon” (Animated series), “Bleach” (Animated series), “Naruto” (Animated Series), “Dragon Ball” (Animated Series), “Mapletown” (Animated series), “Sailor Moon” (Animated series), and “Cowboy Bebop” (Animated series).
