Toboso Kuroi, known as Tob, is an indie vtuber and Twitch partner. She is a skunk, and is typically seen with random objects stuck to her head. Tob is exceptionally loud, and has done a variety of crazy things on stream.
Put simply she is “just a skunk going on the computer.”
